Meet The Coaches
I’m someone whose life and work have been deeply shaped by a passion for education, service, and healing. After earning my BA and teaching credential in Science, I taught junior high and high school for several years before homeschooling my three children for a combined 23 years—a journey that strengthened my belief in individualized, hands-on learning. My heart for people has also led me across the world: I spent four years in Thailand helping to administrate and support an orphanage for vulnerable children, and later co-founded the nonprofit Scrap Cars Not Kids, where I served as Assistant Director for eight years. Along the way, I’ve gained extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities and those navigating life’s toughest challenges. After experiencing a traumatic divorce, I pursued my Master’s in Mental Health and Wellness with a specialization in grief and bereavement, followed by certification in Trauma Resilience and Life Coaching. Today, I draw on both my professional training and personal experience to walk alongside those struggling with unprocessed grief, trauma, or hopelessness—offering a strength-based, forward-focused approach that helps people move from pain toward purpose and renewal.
Hi, I’m Addie — a compassionate and experienced coach with over 10 years of experience working in mental health and addictions, supporting both youth and adults. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness with a specialization in Grief and Bereavement, and I’m also a Certified Trauma and Resilience Coach. My work is deeply focused on helping individuals develop self-regulation skills, strengthen their ability to thrive, and reconnect with their true, authentic selves. Having lived and worked overseas and relocated multiple times, I bring a global perspective and a personal understanding of transition, change, and adaptation. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their stories, build resilience, and cultivate the tools they need to live with confidence, balance, and authenticity.
